The 60" Lake Forest Single Bathroom Vanity is made of an Espresso finished Solid Birch Wood Frame and has Composite Ash Wood Side and Front Panels. This vanity comes completely assembled and ready for installation. This unit has 4 European style anti-slam doors with 2 side drawers on easy glide, soft closing rails. Unit comes with undermount ivory porcelain sinks, matte finished metal door handles, 1 shelf in each cupboard, and extra thick 1" Travertine top. Top middle handle is a dummy drawer. Faucet sold separately.

Wood Used:
Premier Collections Lite uses Kiln dried wood in small batches to insure proper drying to prevent cracking and warping. All wood is cared for in great detail to prevent cracking and warping so that your vanity looks as good as they day it arrived for many years. The hardwood is used as the foundational material and manufactured woods are used for doors and drawers.

Vanity Tops:
Premier Collections Lite vanities use stone tops providing a luxurious look. All of the vanity tops are sealed to prevent watermarks and minor stains.

Construction:
Premium Collection Lite vanities use hard wood box framed construction that provides strength and durability for decades. All vanities have working drawers with ample storage made with slide ball bearing drawers and or soft close mounts.

Finish:
Premium Collection Lite vanities are all hand stained, hand painted, using up to a 10 layer sealing and finishing process to avoid future fading, cracking, or pealing.
